S T A Y A L I V E

After the mysterious brutal death of an old friend, a group of teenagers find themselves in possession of "Stay Alive," a next generation horror survival videogame based on the true story of a 17th-century noblewoman known as "The Blood Countess." The gamers don't know anything about the game other than the fact that they're not supposed to have it--and they're dying to play it. Not able to resist temptation, the group begins to play the grisly game and soon a chilling connection is made--they are each being murdered one-by-one in the same method as the character they played in the game. As the line between the game world and the real world disappears, the group must find a way to defeat the vicious and merciless Blood Countess, all the while trying to stay alive.

Released in US: MARCH 2006
Released in SG: SEPT 2006

The reason? my penny will be on that the censor board in SG were debating if they should allow this movie to be shown w/o having to remove almost 60% of the content.. which they did remove quite a huge chunk btw.

saw this movie with my camp mate. TY. (think he got FREAKED out by the show)

Seriously guys, this show is cool.. (thou the game is super duper dumb, not the kind of game i would buy) and it will not be a waste to your $$ on ticket.

You die in the game, you die for real . . . . . . STAY ALIVE . . . . . . or play it to DEATH

Light a candle... please

Dear friends,

the innocent victims of Internet child abuse cannot speak for themselves.

But you can. With your help, I think we can eradicate this evil trade. Money donations are not required.

All you need to do is, to light a candle of support, by logging on to http://www.lightamillioncandles.com.

Objective: To light at least One Million Candles by 31st December 2006.

This online petition will be used to encourage governments, politicians, financial institutions, payment organisations, Internet service providers, technology companies and law enforcement agencies to eradicate the commercial viability of online child abuse.

They have the power to work together. Each and everyone of us have the power to get them to take action.

Please light your candle at lightamillioncandles.com or send an email of support to light@lightamillioncandles.com.

Together we stand, we can destroy the commercial viability of Internet child abuse sites which are destroying the lives of innocent children. Forward this piece of info to all your friends, relatives, family members and work colleagues so that they can light a candle too.

I've already lit a candle of support. You?

Complains frm a friend

This post will tell you what are the useful things that a Storeman can learn and apply in everyday life.

1. How to be patient...
You'd be absoloutly bummed-out to find out the amount of time wasted in the army waiting due to poor time management.

2. How to do silly things but feel like you're actually doing smthing useful..
In PA*, where Im serving out my years, Regulars play politics. And are mostly selfish and/or power hungry. They things they make you just to prove their power and gain favour with the brass just astounds..

3. How to be assertive... (The wrong way)
Not a day goes by without a vugarity flying around.. Averagely, Vulgarities are used in 4 out of every 10 words. And not an hour goes by in the base without a vugarity exchange.. Mind you, the officers do it too..

4. How to endure meaningless critism..
When you have a sargeant that has mood swings, plays the race card heavily and isnt liked by the higher-ups, critism comes as water from a singapore tap.

5. How to go un-appreciated...
In platoon T**, NOBODY is motivated to work. The same PMS sarge always says you didn't do your work even though he KNOWS you spent the better half of the day doing you work..

Well, here are some of the things a storeman like myself can learn... Interesting isnt it??

Time and Value

To understand the importance of one year, just ask the students who failed their entry examinations.

To understand the value of one month, just ask a mother who gave birth to a premature baby.

To understand the value of a week, just ask the editor of a weekly newspaper.

To understand the value of one hour, just ask a pair of lovers who are waiting to meet.

To understand the value of one minute, just ask somebody who missed their train.

To understand the value of one second, just ask somebody who avoided an accident just in time.

To understand the value of one millisecond, just ask somebody who won a silver medal in Olympics.

Time will continue moving no matter what happens, therefore, treasure every moment you have and treat today as the utmost gift you have.

Daring Attempt

With phone so well developed now adays, and in the near future to come, what we dream of is no longer a mission impossible.

ever since the launch of video camera or pre-3G era.. we've seen a lot of mis used cases.

ranging from the famous student from a certain local poly video clip, which i think many of us once seen to the not so famous staircase sex video clip and to the latest girl-gets-beaten-up-at-staircases-by-fellow-girls video.

and you think you've seen it all? may i present the latest misused video production

Very daring of them... mock dress their own parade.

some may see it no harm, some may see them as heros.

but to me, they are just a bunch of morons whom have too much time on their hands

and they are challanging the relevant authority as well...

darring attempt.... but very stupid.
