AOH07

Hi Folks.

here's my in-clinic(blog) time again

Went to AOH07(Army Open House 2007)with my camp mates today, as we were invited by PLC (pasir leba camp) to visit the event.

This has to be another great event for those who wishes to know more about the army.

The AOH07 will show you the where SAF's stories will come alive.

My Fav?

COMBAT WORLD

1b) Mortal Combat (you get to fire SAR21 and GPMG, and the best part? other than getting a pin to mark your wins, you don't have to clean those rifles XD)

1d) Rambo 07 ( same, you get to fire blanks on M16, SAR21 and other weapons that the AOH07 has to offer)

Mission World/Battle ride world

You get to joy ride on bionex and other assult vehicles, a chance not to be missed! (that is you are not dealing with tanks on periodic basis)

how to get there.
Free Shuttle bus from Boonlay Interchange, intervals around 10~15min. AOH opens around 10am -8pm

and it will last till 3rd Sept 07. Collect a broucher before you board the bus, try to collect all 8 stamps (8 games to play) and you will be rewarded with a ultimate warrior challange prize!

Some Updates

Short updates on my longlonglonglong weekend

Went to my uncle's place @ Tiong Baru area. He's stayin' at 30th floor.
Think there's no need for him to on any fan at all, surprisingly. it was very cool and windy for the entire NDP session. (we watch the parade at his place)
View was nice, but could not show ya'll coz my camera sucks. (anyone wanna sponsor me?)

Had to meet roger, went suntec at 11am, after being pang seh by edwin. XD
went for a couple of rounds of sanguo. then we got bored (ok la... actually tio SR liao. so call it a day)
Went to watch Rush Hour III with him. (please see my previous posting)
After the show, walked around aimlessly (as roger had matters to attend to. he bought a new spker for 49bucks, and he cun wait to test it)
Meet dear for dinner, as she 'somehow' ended work earlier
went with miss 00 and other friends to chiong.

slept till quite late.. think i was disturbed frm dreamland by prasad's sms.
met darryl and prasad @ Vila'Ge for a mini orderly cohesion.

Met dear for breakfast, send her to work.
then rush over to marina square, where we had a mini gathering of long time friends.
and after the mini gathering, i had to rush over to suntec, where mr.roger was expecting to meet me (tog wif kenny, marcus and gf, randy)
went over to marina south, where roger treated us to dinner (thanks boss)

well.. time to go to bed... XD

RUSH HOUR III

It says 93min. but, when i watch it today @ Suntec.

The movie started @ 2.15pm, and ended at 3.30pm (a total of 75min)

so what happen to the missing 18min?

Basically, our dear Jackie is kinda too old to carry on his fancy stuns

end up mr. tucker steals the show by shooting off witty one liners and some joking comments.

well, the show's kinda ok.. but very expected. one look and you know what's next.
